About Caroline Kay...

At 16, I became Junior British Champion of Eventing.
Then, I pivoted and secured a scholarship to complete my Masters in Art, Design and Entrepreneurship.
In my 20’s, I moved to London and took a job working inside a 4-person agency. I pitched my own ideas, did all the creative and won L’Oreal, Vodafone & Warner Bros.
Then, I headed up business development and marketing for start-ups and elite creative agencies on a global scale; securing millions in new business.
Then, I moved to Rome and started Vincita in 2019.
My belief
- My belief is you can be, do, and have anything you want with the right mindset, strategy and focus, if you back it up with meaningful action.
My idea of success
- Being in charge of your time to do what you want when you want.
